Cal Jeroni is an ideal rural accommodation for families and couples. It offers rental rooms and shared spaces (kitchen and dining room). Ca la Siona is a completely refurbished rural home with capacity for 7 people; rent is of the entire house.

3. Reservation terms and conditions
This pre-reservation/reservation may be cancelled by the customer if it is found that, because of error, omission or system failure, the prices charged do not correspond with those which the owner of the property has published, so in case of any doubts the customer has the right to receive confirmation of the prices, signed by the owner of the lodging. The Central Reservation System will take care of your reservation and confirm it, as long as all requirements are met in full. The bookings will be confirmed by the owner of the establishment, until which they shall be considered as pre-reservations. The Centralized System provides a two-way communication between the customer and the owner of the establishment, regulated by Decree 120/1998 of October 6th, Accommodation Management in Rural Tourism, the Ministry of Environment, Planning and Tourism, modified by Decree 4/2000 of February 25th, setting the various rights and duties on management of prices, reservations and additional services. The advanced booking or pre-reservation is valid for three days from the date on which the reservation is made. Once the amount has been transferred it passes directly to reservations, giving the user an identification number (locator) which grants him access to the reservation, for modification or cancellation. Failure to meet this requirement of advance payment of the pre-reservation releases the room or rooms for new customers.

4. Booking confirmation
After satisfying the requirements of advance booking, your reservation will be valid until 08.00 pm of the specified arrival date. If the client does not arrive and there is no communication for confirmation of arrival by any means (phone, email or fax), from 08:00 pm the owner may make use of the reserved room or rooms. The Central Reservation System gives you the opportunity to book online and offline; in some cases it can cause overbooking; in this case it will give priority to the reservations from the block management. Customer reservation being transferred to waiting list. The applied rates will determine the particular conditions of each booking. Room availability is subject to the full accommodation needs, without causing any inconvenience to the customer.

5. Payment method
To make a reservation in a rural lodging, payment must be made of the percentage of the total cost of the stay, as indicated by the owner. Upon receipt of the amount corresponding to the advance, the owner shall notify the customer the booking confirmation specifying the following: day of arrival and departure, number of reserved beds, number of bedrooms and total price as well as the conditions applicable in the case of possible cancellation. Payment can be made via bank transfer (account at Banc Sabadell 0081 1712 93 0006016512) (SWIFT BSABESBB) (IBAN ES49 0081 1712 9300 0601 6512) or on site with cash or card.

6. Cancellations
The customer may cancel the contracted services at any time; he his then entitled to a refund of the amounts paid, and has to compensate the establishment as follows: The compensation amount is calculated by applying the following percentages to the required advance payment: 5 % if the cancellation is made more than 30 days in advance, 40 % if cancelled 30 or less days but more than 15 beforehand, and 15, 60 % if the cancellation is made 15 days or less and more than 7 beforehand, 100 % when it is made 7 or less days in advance.

10. Is there public transportation nearby?
Yes, five kilometres away is the train station of Vilafranca del Penedès, connected every 30 minutes with Barcelona and Tarragona. There are also bus services to travel to Vilafranca and Barcelona and Tarragona. Ask at the house and get information about rental cars.
